Classes in February!

Bake Better Birthday Cakes  A few spots left.

I am launching a new course with the aim of getting you to take you birthday cakes up a notch.Moms have been asking for this for ages. Its a 5 hour class spread out over two evenings. 2.5 hours each night.

  • get better at the basic: making the cake and buttercream
  • layering your cake for flavour and design
  • flawless frosting and fun decorating.

You will finish the class with better skills to help you make a great cake with less stress and more fun!

Feb 19 & 26th, 8-10:30pm.  480 nis per person.  Space is limited.

 

Hamentaschen Workshop.  Only 3 spots left.

This is a special pre-purim class. We’ll talk about the history and evolution of this special cookie that really comes out only once a year. Have fun learning how to make a great dough, proper folding technique and delicious fillings  (some a little unusual) and bring home a box full of delicious purim treats. Warning: they may not last until Purim.

This is an ideal mother and daughter/son class! Spaces are limited.

Feb 21. 8-9:45pm.  150nis per person.

Location: All classes are in my Baka kitchen, close to Emek Refaim and Derech Bet Lechem.

Payment: Spaces are limited. To book your spot, payment must be paid in full, in advance of the class. I’m sorry but I  cannot hold spots. Payment can be done via payal, bank transfer, cash or cheque. Payments via Paypal will incur a 2% surcharge.

Private Groups: The above classes are all open to the public, however if you are interested a private group please get in touch. You can choose your topic, and we will try to accommodate your date. (Prices may vary depending on number of participants.)

All classes uses strictly kosher ingredients. Please email if you have specific inquiries about ingredients.
